You will be trained to wash houses, and clean windows, roofs, decks, patios, and gutters. You will be trained in safety and customer service. It’s up to you how fast you advance in our company. You will start as a junior field technician and will be paid an hourly rate of $18. Your goal will be to quickly become a senior field technician, where you can earn $20-21/hour consistently. The best of our technicians will rapidly graduate to a coveted Crew Leader position. Weekly productivity & attendance bonuses that can add $1-4/hr to your hourly pay. Applying ninjas should enjoy working outside, like working with lots of really cool people, and have some Popeye strength to be on their feet and maneuver ladders weighing up to 50 pounds for several hours at a time.
